I never had a problem getting up in the morning for practice, in fact, i looked forward to it! but since the new year, I've been feeling really sluggish and out of energy in the mornings and getting to the mat has been tough.
has anyone got any advice on how to get rid of that sluggish feeling?? |

drag your butt to the front of the mat, don't think... just do it
if you give yourself too many options in the morning, that's when starting practice starts getting difficult |
