| As everyone knows, Asanas have a beneficial effect on the human body’s various systems, such as, Matsyendrasana (spinal twist) which benefits the digestive system and helping the pancreas to improve its insulin production. Similarly, Sarvangasana (Shoulder stand) produces good results for the endocrine gland system, particularly the thyroid gland. All Asanas that have a complementary effect on various organs of the body are classified under the health improvement category. |
