as long as i could remember, i've never had a problem with hip or spine flexibility. when i started yoga, i could do full lotus, backbends, twists etc with no problems... ok, so maybe the twists weren't as "no problems" as i make it out to be, but i never felt discomfort or pain while doing them.
but when it comes to forward bends of any kind... i'm totally useless i can't straighten my legs at all! i can't get my heels to the ground in down dog, i can't even grab my feet and have my legs straight
i'm getting frustrated/disappointed/annoyed because it just doesn't feel like it's getting better.
someone help me please! i've been going to class for almost 8 months and i swear i feel no improvement  |
