hello, this is my first post here.
while i'm not trying to say that practice is unpleasant, there's always a part of practice that we all don't look forward to.
for me it's Paschimatanasana after backbends. I have no problems with it at the beginning of seated postures, but after backbends it always feels... tight. |

the most unpleasant part of practice... that's a tough one rubberrob
when i think about it, there's actually 2 asanas that's bugging me lately.
first is my marich C but that's because i feel i'm losing it
second is parsvottanasana (sideways extension) because it's always so intense... it feels great physically, but mentally i feel.... uncomfortable (?) in it. |
