| I'm curious how many ashtangis do? I'm on 5 A and 3 B. What's the norm anyway? |

| i'm new to ashtanga so i don't really know so much about it, our class does 3 sun salutation A's and 3 sun salutation B's, but we're a beginner's class anyway, so i don't know if that counts for anything. |

5 A and 5 B is a good way to build strength and stamina
i personally do 5 A and 3 B as well, but i'm working towards 5 and 5 (slowly but surely). |

It depends on how I feel on that day...
Good day - 5 A 5 B
Bad day or not enough time - 3 A 3 B
When I'm told to - 5 A 3 B
I've heard Sharath teaches 5 A 3 B and Guruji 3 A 3 B in lead classes in Mysore. |
