I've bound in this asana and can go forward/down with my hand to the ground... balance isn't so much of a problem (which is strange since balance postures are the most challenging for me), but I find that I'm so unsteady on my feet
I wobble so much when I'm bent forward and my legs feel really fatigued.
I feel as if i can go further into this pose, flexibility wise, but I don't have the strength to keep myself upright (I've fallen down several times).
Tips? Please? Pretty please?? |

you're going to hear this alot but practice practice practice
actually it sounds like your weight distribution on your supporting leg might be off. you should take some of the weight off your supporting leg onto your hands, it'll give you a better foundation to deepen the pose
also don't hyperflex the knee of the supporting leg and keep your thighs active (draw up th knee caps), that should help with the wobbliness |
